Orders and Returns - Copit

At Copit Inc., we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. Our return policy is designed to provide clarity and confidence in your shopping experience.

Eligibility for Returns:

  • Items must be returned in the same condition as shipped.
  • Items marked as "Final Sale" (e.g., Custom, Personalized, Sample, Pre-Release) are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.

Return Process:

  1. Initiate a Return: Within 3 days of receiving your order, request a return by selecting “Return” next to the relevant order in the 'My Order' dashboard.
  2. Shipping the Item: After receiving a prepaid shipping label from us, ship the item within 3 business days.
  3. Inspection: Upon receipt, we will verify the item's condition.
  4. Refund Issuance: If the item meets our return criteria, we will issue a refund in the form of Copit Credit, equal to your total purchase. If you prefer a refund to your original payment method, please inform us during the return process.

Additional Information:

  • The cost of the return label and a 3% Buyer Service Fee will be deducted from your total refund.
  • For items shipped directly from our partners or sellers, report any issues through Copit customer service or the Copit Help feature on your order page.
