Copit Orders and Returns

At Copit Inc., we strive to provide a seamless shopping experience for our customers. Below is an overview of our shipping policy:

Processing Time:

  • For items consigned with us, we handle all aspects of shipping, including disputes and returns, ensuring a hassle-free process for our customers.
  • For direct sales, once a purchase is confirmed, we promptly send a prepaid, pre-addressed shipping label to the seller, who is expected to ship the item as soon as possible.

Shipping Costs:

  • Standard shipping is typically free for lightweight and promoted items within Canada. Occasionally, during promotional events or when the seller is U.S.-based and opts for direct shipping, certain U.S. destinations may also qualify for free shipping.
  • For returns, the cost of the return label will be deducted from your total refund, along with a 3% Buyer Service Fee.

Delivery Time:

  • Except for ReLIFEd items, consigned items, or items already in our possession, deliveries to Canada and the U.S. generally take up to 20 business days. This timeframe depends on factors such as the item's origin, seller's shipping promptness, and customs processing. We continuously monitor shipments and provide regular updates.

International Shipping:

  • International shipping costs vary based on negotiated rates with carriers and may not be precisely displayed at the time of order placement. Customers may incur additional charges for orders containing multiple, heavy, or bulky items.

Taxes and Duties:

  • For orders shipped within Canada, federal and provincial sales taxes are calculated and collected upon checkout.
  • For U.S. orders below $800 USD, residents are typically not required to pay additional taxes; however, we must declare the exact amount paid on your order.
  • International orders may be subject to taxes and duties as determined by local customs authorities. We may provide estimates based on experience or information from logistics partners, but these are not guaranteed.

Order Tracking:

  • Each shipping label includes a tracking number, allowing both sellers and buyers to monitor the shipment's progress.

Returns:

  • We accept returns on most items in the same condition as shipped. However, items marked as "Final Sale" (e.g., Custom, Personalized, Sample, Pre-Release) are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund. To initiate a return, request a replacement or return within 3 days of receiving your order by selecting “Return” next to the relevant order in the 'My Order' dashboard
